A hands-on care coordinator, Rachel is a licensed professional counselor who works continuously to ensure the happiness of the residents. Handles all details of medication control and treatments. Works closely with doctors and resident's family members to ensure the health and comfort of each resident. She has been working with the elderly for over 25 years.

Initially drawn to the profession of firefighting, the co-founders, Flavius, embarked on a journey of service, which eventually led to a focus on the care of seniors. The journey continued with the establishment of the first facility in Seattle, Washington in 2002.

Since earning our state licensing in 2003, our devotion to delivering exceptional care has only deepened over the years. The continued pursuit of professional development, motivated Rachel to attain a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health, and continue serving the elderly. With each passing year, our commitment to enriching the lives of seniors has only grown stronger.
